Just make sure everything’s squared away 90 days before we set off, leaving you to concentrate purely on the amazing experiences ahead!

We create a Facebook Messenger group chat just for our travel squad. In this lively space, you'll have the chance to get to know one another, swap packing tips, and share all that bubbling excitement. We’ll also hook up some Zoom meetings, so you can put faces to names and start building those friendships before the trip even begins. This is all about building our adventure family, and we can't wait to see those connections grow!

cosmopolitan ambience and in a recent development, the restoration of the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront evokes images of the seafaring activities of the 19th century. Dinner on our own; Overnight at Commodore Deluxe Hotel (or similar)
Peninsula Tour. We will drive along the exquisite stretch of coastline known as Millionaire's Paradise - from Clifton to Camps Bay, to the exclusive beach hamlet of Llandudno - towards the charming working harbour of Hout Bay.
Embark on an up-close-and-personal Seal Island cruise at Hout Bay (*weather dependent) Wind along the legendary Chapman's Peak Drive, hugging the cliffs and relishing the breath-taking ocean views, before visiting the wild and beautiful Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom.
Enjoy lunch at the popular Bertha's Restaurant in Simon's Town.
After lunch meander back along the coast and end the day at the penguin colony at Boulder' Beach, where we get to watch these entertaining, waddling characters.
In the evening, at around 6:00 we will enjoy a welcome dinner at the most renowned Gold Restaurant to enjoy authentic South African food and African drumming. Gold Restaurant is a unique African restaurant in the heart of Cape Town. An evening here begins with a djembe drumming session, followed by a hand-washing ceremony and afterwards, we are served a set 3-course meal consisting of 14 ‘taster
dishes. This dining experience can best be described as a taste safari that will transport us from Table Mountain to Timbuktu. This culinary experience is accompanied by a unique interactive traditional entertainment.
(**weather permitting). Walk to the ferry terminal at the V&A Waterfront with our guide, where the journey begins. The tour, lasting approximately 3.5 hours, includes a return ferry ride across Table Bay and an immersive experience at this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
At Robben Island, delve into its poignant history as place of banishment and imprisonment, reflecting South Africa’s struggle for freedom. Highlights include a visit to the Maximum Security Prison, a guided bus tour of the island, and interactions with an ex-political prisoner who shares firsthand accounts of life on the island. We will also explore the Murray's Bay Harbour precinct with its unique attractions like the Muslim shrine (kramat) and the Museum Shop.
Enjoy lunch at our leisure (**own expense). Later this afternoon continue with a Half-Day Orientation Tour of Cape Town, discovering its rich history and vibrant culture. Drive past historic landmarks, including the Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens, Parliament Buildings, City Hall, and the Slave Lodge. Then, ascend the cobblestoned hills to the colorful Bo-Kaap, where the pastel-painted houses and cobbled Cap off the afternoon with a cable car ride to the summit of Table Mountain (**weather permitting). Marvel at panoramic views of Cape Town, Table Bay, and the surrounding peaks. Take time to explore the summit, home to a unique variety of fynbos vegetation and diverse wildlife. Whether you hike one of the trails, join a guided walk, or relax with a beverage at the café, the views are unparalleled and unforgettable. Return to our hotel in the evening to relax after a day filled with exploration and unforgettable sights.
Best of Bites & Sites Tour (10:00 AM – 1:30 PM) An exclusive private tour showcasing the finest local experiences. This unique and insightful journey takes us through the artisanal treasures of Stellenbosch.
Guided Walking Tour: Begin with a leisurely walk through the historic town center, led by an expert guide. Discover charming streets filled with hidden gems and learn about the talented artisans along the route.
Sensory Gin Experience: Visit the University Botanical Gardens or South Africa's oldest pioneer home, where we'll enjoy a sensory gin tasting. Complement this with locally grown teas and traditional Cape sweet treats during a delightful morning tea.
Heritage Lunch Platter: Indulge in a visually stunning Cape heritage lunch platter at one of Stellenbosch's trendiest restaurants. The meal is paired with handcrafted confections, with non-alcoholic options available.The tour concludes with a brief orientation of Stellenbosch, the second-oldest town in South Africa, famed for its more than 200 award-winning wine estates.
Later in the day, transfer to Franschhoek, another charming town in the heart of the Cape Winelands. Check in to our Protea Hotel by Marriott and enjoy a relaxing evening at leisure..
Winelands, renowned for its exceptional wines and scenic landscapes. Our first stop is Babylonstoren Wine Farm, where we'll enjoy a guided cellar tour, learning about the intricate art of winemaking, followed by a curated tasting of their award-winning wines. Stroll through the estate’s stunning gardens, a vibrant showcase of indigenous plants and seasonal produce that embodies the farm’s commitment to sustainability.
For lunch, delight in a farm-to-table dining experience at the renowned Babel Restaurant, where a set menu features fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested directly from the gardens.
In the afternoon, visit Haute Cabrière, a picturesque vineyard known for its innovative wines and commitment to tradition. Indulge in a wine tasting session, savoring their signature blends while admiring panoramic views of the Franschhoek Valley.
Conclude the day with a transfer to our hotel, to relax and unwind.

Upon landing at Hoedspruit, we will be greeted by our local representative and escorted to our lodge/camp at Makalali Main Lodge. On arrival, we will savor a delicious lunch at the lodge. The afternoon is ours to unwind and enjoy the tranquil surroundings, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty and serenity of the wilderness.
In the evening, indulge in a delightful dinner at the lodge, rounding off a relaxing day in preparation for the adventures that lie ahead.
After a brief refreshment stop, continue exploring diverse landscapes, from savannah to watering holes, while our guide shares expert insights.
Around midday, enjoy lunch at a scenic spot or at your camp / lodge, featuring local delicacies. Afterward, resume the game drive, venturing into different areas of the reserve for more wildlife sightings.
In the evening, enjoy a final round of game viewing as we return to the lodge, followed by a delicious dinner to reflect on the day’s adventures.
Break for Lunch, where we'll savor delicious local flavors while soaking in the tranquility of the wilderness.
In the afternoon, our game drive resumes, focusing on different areas to increase the chances of encountering more wildlife.
End the day with another round of game viewing, offering a final opportunity to observe nocturnal creatures. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner, where we can share stories from our second day of safari.

Later in the evening (at approximately 4:30) enjoy a Sunset cruise on Zambezi Explorer (approx. 2 hrs)- A visit to Victoria Falls isn’t complete without the most popular unique Sunset Cruise on the Zambezi River – On this cruise experience we will be enchanted with the magnificence of the Zambezi, Africa’s grandest lifeline, teeming with hippos and crocodiles, herds of elephants on the riverbanks and a plethora of birdlife.
Upon return to the hotel, enjoy dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay
(B,L) This morning after early breakfast, embark on an exciting full-day tour to Chobe National Park, where you can experience its abundant wildlife and breathtaking landscapes. We will begin the journey with transfer to Chobe and cross the border into Botswana.
This is a sensational trip - land- and water-based game viewing experience.
Boat Cruise: Our first game sighting is from The Chobe River, teaming with animals, sitting securely on board, just off the riverbank, game viewing from the relaxing vantage point of a boat.
We are on the mighty Chobe River, which flows through the renowned Chobe National Park providing a haven for herds of grazing animals and bird life. Just sit back, relax, and keep those binoculars handy. Watch this glorious scene unfolding itself – large herds of elephant, often with the tiniest frolicking calves, kicking up dust as they wait their turn at the water’s edge to drink.
Frighteningly large crocodiles sun themselves on the banks of the river, mouths agape, teeth terrifying. Glorious birdlife, wonderful game, and the gentle rocking of the riverboat.
Enjoy lunch after which we will proceed on a game drive before returning to your hotel in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
Can life get any better? Apparently. When we disembark, we join our open safari vehicle for a drive through the Chobe Game Reserve with the chance of seeing more wildlife and birdlife, and a gorgeous lunch at a lodge awaiting us.... overlooking the Chobe River. Let us call it the ultimate.
Later this evening cross boarder and return to hotel in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
(B,L,D) This morning after early breakfast proceed on a Bamba tram
experience – Morning Bridge run (approx. 2HRS) later on we will enjoy Victoria Falls Guided Tour. On the morning tram we will experience the magic of Victoria Falls in a unique way – aboard the iconic Bamba Tram. Proceed on Bridge Run for breathtaking views of Victoria Falls and the Batoka Gorge from the iconic suspension bridge. Journey through Zambezi National Park on the famous Vintage Bamba Tram, listening to the guide’s narration about the area’s fascinating history.
Victoria Falls; is one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World! We will understand it instantly as we tour the Zimbabwean side, for there are numerous spectacular vantage points along the width of the fall, and the sight of this astounding gift of nature, simply takes your breath away. Walk through the permanent, beautifully misty rain forest, which flanks the fall, stopping to marvel at the principal sites as it cascades to the depths below: the Main Falls,
Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls, the Boiling Pot, Cataract Island and Livingstone Island.
Later be transferred to the hotel this afternoon and enjoy rest of the day at leisure In the evening, enjoy a Boma Dinner & Drum Show, a ‘must do’ Victoria Falls dining and entertainment experience, specializing in traditional African food, drumming and dancing. The food is cooked and served in the style and quantity of a lavish feast, including irresistible desserts. On arrival, we are dressed in a chitenge (traditional sarong) and welcomed into a vibrant atmosphere in which the tantalizing aromas of local dishes and game meat on the braai (barbecue) fill the restaurant, which is partially open to the star-filled African sky. Later transfer to the hotel for overnight stay.
