Let’s kick things off with a friendly chat! This 15-minute 'Get to Know You' call ensures this adventure is a perfect fit for you and that our group is filled with the supportive, adventurous women you've been looking for.
2: PAY YOUR DEPOSIT + SIGN AGREEMENT
Ready to lock in this adventure? Once we've had our chat and decided you're ready to jump on a Go Babes adventure, you'll go ahead and pay your deposit and sign our travel agreement. Don't worry about finances getting in the way of the fun—we offer flexible payment plans, so you can spread the cost out comfortably. Just make sure everything’s squared away 90 days before we set off, leaving you to concentrate purely on the amazing experiences ahead!
3: GET TO KNOW YOUR FELLOW GO BABES
Once you've set up your payment arrangements, it's time to connect with the incredible women who will be joining you on this adventure! We create a Facebook Messenger group chat just for our travel squad. In this lively space, you'll have the chance to get to know one another, swap packing tips, and share all that bubbling excitement. We’ll also hook up some Zoom meetings, so you can put faces to names and start building those friendships before the trip even begins. This is all about building our travel tribe, and we can't wait to see those connections grow!
4. TRAVEL INSURANCE + FLIGHT INFORMATION
We've got your back when it comes to setting up your travel insurance and flight plans! While travel insurance is highly recommended for peace of mind, it's totally your call. If you choose to go for it, we’ll happily provide you with a quote that will fit your needs. As for flights, we’re constantly on the lookout for the best deals. While booking together isn't mandatory, it's so much more fun when we all fly together! We love to coordinate meet-ups at a major U.S. international airport, then fly together so you can start the group adventure right from takeoff—bonding and sharing the excitement as a Band of GO Babes. So let's get those seats booked and get this adventure started...

Woohoo, it’s finally here! From the historic grandeur of the Biltmore to the misty summits of the Blue Ridge, every moment is yours to embrace. And yes, we’ll be capturing the magic! Think golden hour "Flying Dress" sessions at 5,500 feet and adventurous waterfall treks—we’ll make sure you have the most incredible keepsakes to remember this soul-restoring journey.

Welcome to the Ridge
DAY 1 WELCOME!
The VIP Arrival: After landing in Asheville (AVL), skip the rental car lines. Michael and our private 15-passenger van will meet you curbside and whisk you directly to our designer forest estate.
Keys in Hand: Take your bags to your room and will be taken settle into the Ridge. No paperwork, no stress—just a Prosecco toast in the "Teal Sanctuary" to kick off the week.
Choose Your Afternoon Pace:
The Decompression: Kick off your shoes and dive straight into the estate’s hot tub or find a quiet corner of the 1.2-acre forest to breathe in the mountain air.
The Game On: Head down to the private 2-lane bowling alley or the game lounge to start the "Tribe Tournament" early.
The Lazy Lounge: Find a spot on the expansive deck and watch the Blue Ridge mist settle over the peaks as your internal clock officially resets.

DAY 2 WATERFALLS | CINEMA
The Morning Descent: After a fresh breakfast and plenty of coffee on the deck, Michael loads the van for our first adventure. We’re heading into the lush, ancient forests of the Pisgah National Forest for a guided trek to one of Asheville’s most iconic cascading waterfalls.
The Spotlight – Adventurous Muse: This isn't just a hike; it’s a session. We’ll capture your "Adventurous Muse" in a professional photo session against the backdrop of rushing mountain water. Whether you’re standing on the mossy rocks or feeling the mist, these shots are pure mountain magic.
Choose Your Afternoon Pace:
The Town Wander: After the hike, we’ll make a stop in the charming town of Weaverville. Browse the local artisan boutiques or grab a farm-to-table lunch at a sidewalk cafe.
The Recovery: Head back to the Ridge for a soak in the hot tub to soothe your hiking muscles before the sun goes down.
The Game On: Kick off an afternoon bowling tournament in our private lanes or challenge a new friend to a game of mega-chess in the lounge.
Meals Included: Breakfast at the Ridge and our Pizza & Movie Night.
DAY 3 PHOTO SESSIONS | FREE DAY
The Sunrise Ascent: For those interested, set your alarm—this is the one you’ll tell everyone about. Michael handles the pre-dawn mountain curves as we board the van for a private drive up to Craggy Gardens.
The Spotlight – Sunrise "Flying Dress": Stand at 5,500 feet as the world wakes up. This is your professional Flying Dress session, where vibrant silk catches the first light of the Blue Ridge sun. We provide the high-end gowns; you provide the magic.
The Mid-Day Recovery: After the morning high, we head back to the Ridge for a celebratory Mimosas & Recovery Brunch. Spend the afternoon exactly how you need to:
with a long nap in your designer suite, a quiet hour with a book on the deck, or a mid-day soak in the hot tub overlooking the forest.
The Sunset Spotlight: We aren't done yet. For "Golden Hour," Michael whisks us to a secret Blue Ridge Parkway overlook for our second photo session of the day. This is the "Tribe-Choice" shoot—perfect for capturing the layered blue ridges as the sun dips below the horizon.
The Red Fiddle Feast: We return to the Ridge to enjoy a family-style spread featuring local favorites from Red Fiddle Vittles, celebrating the best of Appalachian flavors in the comfort of our own dining room.
The Late Night: We gather around the fire pit to toast the day’s captures. With the stars out and the fire roaring, this is where the deepest connections are made.
Meals Included: Sunrise snacks, Recovery Brunch, and the Red Fiddle Social Dinner.
Welcome to the Ridge
DAY 4 THE BILTMORE GRANDEUR
The Vanderbilt Lifestyle: After a slow morning at the Ridge, Michael whisks us to the world-famous Biltmore Estate. We’re trading the mountain peaks for architectural wonder and a taste of the "Estate Life."
The Spotlight – Winery & Grandeur: Your entry tickets are provided for a tour of America's Largest Home. Afterward, we’ll gather for a guided tasting at the Biltmore Winery to find your favorite mountain vintage.
Choose Your Afternoon Flow:
The Gardens: Wander through the massive conservatory and formal gardens—a perfect spot for photos.
Village Social: Grab a chilled rosé and a farm-to-table lunch at Antler Hill Village.
Downtown Adventure: As the sun sets, we head into Downtown Asheville for a night out in the city's iconic food scene.
The Evening: We return to the Ridge for nightcaps by the fire pit and a final recap of the day's elegance.
Meals Included: Breakfast at the Ridge. (Lunch & Dinner out are on you!)
DAY 5 ARTS & CREATIVE PULSE OF ASHEVILLE
The Morning Flow: Take your time. Enjoy one last slow coffee on the deck before Michael loads the van. Today, we’re heading into the heart of Asheville’s creativity: The River Arts District (RAD).
The Urban Muse: Wander through thousands of square feet of artist studios, hidden galleries, and vibrant murals. Whether you're looking for a statement piece of pottery or just soaking in the "edgy" side of the city, this is a content creator’s playground.
Choose Your Afternoon Pace:
The Flavor Explosion: Join the group for lunch at the world-renowned Chai Pani. Indian street food that will change your life. (Lunch is on you!)
The Final Glam Prep: Head back to the Ridge early to freshen up and prep for our final group celebration.
The Reflection: Take a quiet moment in the forest or by the hot tub to reflect on the week before we kick off the big finale.
The Tribe Shoot: Before the sun sets, we’ll gather on the estate grounds for our final Group Photo Session. No flying dresses tonight—just "Asheville Chic" attire as we capture the 10 women who conquered the week together.
THE TACO FINALE: We’re bringing the party to the house! We’re enjoying a massive spread from Mamacita’s Taqueria. Tacos, queso and margaritas for all!
The Closing Toast: Gather around the fire pit one last time. We’re making a toast to feeling refreshed, refocused and recharged with new friendships!
Meals Included: Breakfast/Brunch at the Ridge and the Mamacita's Taco Feast Dinner.
DAY 6 ONE LAST SUNRISE
The Farewell Breakfast: Wake up for one last mountain morning. We’ll have a fresh, healthy spread of local pastries, seasonal fruit, and plenty of coffee. t’s the perfect time for those final "see you soon" hugs and contact swaps with your new tribe.
The VIP Shuttle: No need to call an Uber or lug suitcases through a lobby. Michael will be on-site with the 15-passenger van, ready to handle the driving. We will coordinate our departure to ensure everyone gets to Asheville Regional (AVL) with plenty of time to breeze through security.
